Lots of yummy options here, especially when you're looking for something very different than what you typically see in E-Town. The beef empanadas are good enough to order as a meal, and the shrimp nachos were addictive. The steak and beef-based dishes are always flavorful and savory when you order them in-store. I've generally found that I enjoy the beef fishes more than the pork or chicken dishes. I also found that sometimes the food can be a little too greasy. Not to the point that it ruins the meal, but it can occasionally detract from certain dishes. But this is the best spot to drop in for a bite along the main drag.

Eaten at the food truck several times and gotten takeout at the restaurant once. Food is always delicious. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because my takeout order was bagged in an inverse-pyramid, so the juices of my steak mofongo spilled all over everything else beneath it, which made for a seriously inconvenient experience trying to eat in the car during a mid-trip pit stop.

Fuego Latino in Elizabethtown...I lived in Texas a number of years, and these folks can hang step for step with ANYONE in the mom n pop Mexican food arena! We were passing through on vacation, my daughter said she'd like a burrito. We looked them up on Yelp, saw just 3 pics and knew they were legit. We arrived in a late afternoon downpour. The lady behind the counter was friendly and gave us a free upgrade on an appetizer. We got different burritos and a chips/queso. Both burritos were large, stuffed full, and delicious. Queso from a restaurant is usually underwhelming. Not here. The queso was thick (not watered down) and flavorful. Two thumbs up! If we're back near here again we will be paying another visit. ¡¡¡Excelentisimo!!!

Wow, amazing food, amazing service and great price. Found this little gem while looking for a place that had dine-in service during this pandemic. Clean and bright well worth the trip. I had the chicken dinner while my husband had the Fuego sampler. Delicious with every forkful. Will be back soon!
